Spring Planting

Here at Henry Street Farms, we have started to plant! Even though the temperature is in the 40s and it will be rainy or cloudy for much of the week, we've planted seeds for cool weather crops like lettuce, bok choi, radishes and spinach. We grow all our food in containers because we don't have arable land that gets much sun. Have you started planting?
